At Shining Beauty Shop, we want you to love your purchase!
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns on unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

Please note:

• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

• If your item was damaged during shipping or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
